Teacher leadership courses for professional educators
Leadership is an important role for educators that seek to guide their classroom and mentor their students. Being in a leadership role requires a range of specific skills along with a deep level of self-awareness. It takes specialized training to become an effective leader.
Our teacher leadership courses explore processes that utilize collaboration, mentoring and inclusion as a way to initiate and sustain change in your school community. Through self-reflection, study and application, you can discover your own leadership style. Our courses can help you achieve this and learn how to apply your abilities to school-based issues and positively impact student learning.
Our graduate degree-level teacher leadership courses may help you meet certain criteria for potential re-certification, endorsements and professional development.
Our teaching leadership courses feature:
- Small class sizes for more personal guidance.
- Convenient and flexible online courses.
- Experienced faculty with real-world experience.
