Participants will develop skills in working various math calculations by hand, quickly and correctly. Upon completion of this course, the participant will review and perform timed math problems without the use of a calculator. |

Praxis I Test Prep – Reading/Writing
This course focuses on parts of speech and critical reading skills necessary for success in the Praxis Writing and Reading exams. Participants will learn how to identify all the parts of speech and the mechanical components of writing. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to construct proper sentences, recognizing main structures in reading, such as main idea, supporting ideas, tone, and intent as well as possess an improved ability to read for understanding. |
