Facility Rental Rates and Charges

Room Rates:
All room rates include tables and chairs, projector screen, whiteboard with markers and one flip chart.
- Single Room Rate (5-30 attendees) - $300-$400/day/room
- Double Room Rate (31-55 attendees) - $500-$600/day/room
- Triple Room Rate (55-100 attendees) - $700–$800/day/room
Additional Charges:
- Set up fee - $50/room
- LCD projector - $90/day
- Phone access - $50/day
- Internet access - $75/day
- Early entry (before 8 a.m.) - $40/day
- Cleaning fee (if necessary) - $100/day
- Flip charts (first chart is free) - $30/each extra chart
