Where’s that email from your Academic Advisor? Never miss another message. Now you can quickly preview emails in your student (Gmail™) account without ever leaving eCampus. The Inbox preview button enables you to scroll though your messages quickly while viewing From and Subject lines, attachments and a few lines of text. It also automatically refreshes when a new message arrives, and a Quick Compose button instantly loads a new message window.
How do you communicate, in real time, with a classmate, your learning team or instructor? The Chat tool is a revolution in online collaboration on eCampus — especially when a team assignment is on the line. No more downloading and coordinating across a third-party instant messenger. All classmates are automatically added to your buddy list, accessible by a simple button. Brainstorm, network and stay connected.
Quick! What are you doing this week? Stay on top of University events — and your own schedule — even when you’re not logged in to eCampus. The Calendar tool is integrated with Google Calendar™ application, allowing mobile access, synchronization, calendar sharing and offline viewing. You can navigate quickly through event requests, notifications, reminders and deadlines in a convenient preview pane.
How long will you be on hold with tech support? When you’re in class and need technical help, you want it instantly. The Help tool automatically surfaces the most common support and troubleshooting topics for each page within eCampus. Relevant and timely answers can keep you on track when all you need is a little support from our extensive knowledge base.
