Lou Campbell
Alumnus - Redondo Beach, California
For thirty years, Lou ran operations and intelligence missions worldwide. Lou developed and designed physical security and intelligence systems for Special Forces, the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, and foreign allied countries. He served at the White House and advised various government agencies and movie studios. Lou has leveraged his extensive intelligence background to recover missing children throughout the world. In addition to earning both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration, Lou recently received an award from the Department of Justice for his efforts fighting white-collar crime. He is pleased to pay it forward to his former co-worker and friend.
Marjhey Williams
Recipient - Hawthorne, California
Marjhey met Lou when they both worked at a finance company in Redondo Beach, and they became friends. Marjhey, born in Central America, risked her life to come to the United States, where she prayed for a better life and a future free from despotism, war and dictatorships. A single mom, Marjhey supports both her mother and a ten-year-old son. She works full-time, taking one class a semester at a community college in pursuit of a business degree.
