As the Vice President of University of Phoenix Detroit Campus Alumni Association, Anthony Manns is strongly connected to the University and the community. Education has always been an important part of his life. He believes that the commitment to achieve his personal goals attributed to his academic success at University of Phoenix. Anthony received his MBA from University of Phoenix which led him to become an equity partner at his current employer, Total Pack Management.

Sonita Martin

Recipient - Oak Park, Michigan

Sonita Martin is an executive administrative assistant at Total Pack Management. She had always had the motivation for receiving her college education, but did not necessarily have the resources to do so. So when Anthony Manns nominated her, she was honored and thankful. Sonita understands the value of a college degree and intends to take every advantage of this opportunity. Through this scholarship, Sonita not only will fulfill her dream of getting a business administration degree, but she will be improving her knowledge and skills in her current career track.
