What is Thought Leadership?

A thought leader is a futurist or agent of change – a person or entity that leads the way with innovation; promotes new ideas; and guides others through vision, expertise and strategy.

Thought leadership comes from individuals and firms that exercise a dynamic understanding of a specific business and the needs of its customer, as well as the broader marketplace. Others look to thought leaders as visionaries and authorities in their area of expertise.

With a high demand for thought leadership focused on the nontraditional student, the University of Phoenix is in a position to share its vision with the business community, government sector, consumer audience, and academia.

The UOPX Knowledge Network is the University thought leadership site. Through this site we provide visibility and an understanding of the University mission, our students and their outcomes and cover thought provoking topics in the area of health, education, technology and business. Expertise is shared through a variety of content types and medias to address the interests of key stakeholders in government, education and business.
