Meet Francis Milton,

MBA '10

University of Phoenix alumnus, Francis Milton’s first book aims to inspire and motivate readers. STEP: Stop Talking and Evaluate your Presence is for anyone who feels they need to pause and evaluate their direction in life. Milton shares his childhood and personal challenges, and how he pulled from his own experiences to learn, make changes and grow. "There are moments in our lives when we need to pause and evaluate ourselves. This can give you a chance to reenergize, or redirect yourself," says Milton, a Desert Storm vet and co-founder of Fathers for Life.

"The time that I spent at the University of Phoenix gave me some tools to help me evaluate myself. Hopefully it will inspire [others] to achieve their goals." – Francis Milton, MBA '10
