This course requires the student to integrate previous learning by identifying organizational problems and recommending alternative business models that will positively impact future organizational performance. The outcome of this course will be delivered in Transforming the Business II. Competencies Develop a visionary leadership approach to meet the challenges of a dynamic, global business environment. Demonstrate reflective leadership practice. Identify key business drivers to create present and future value through the optimization of people, organizational processes, and technology utilization. Analyze the internal and external regulatory, industry, and global business environment to determine business strategy. Apply research methods to identify business problems. Evaluate organizational change management strategies.
