Transforming The Business II
Course level: Graduate
This course requires the student to integrate previous learning by identifying organizational problems and recommending alternative business models that will positively impact future organizational performance. The outcome of this course will be a continuation of Transforming the Business I. Competencies Exhibit visionary organizational leadership to create present and future value through the optimization of people, organizational processes, and technology utilization. Demonstrate reflective leadership practice. Implement the internal and external factors into marketing, industry and competitive analysis to improve decision-making and business planning. Apply theoretical concepts to achieve practical business solutions. Apply organizational change management strategies. Integrate marketing, finance, and operations knowledge into business planning and decision making. Incorporate ethical and legal practices within transformation plans.
