This course discusses how to effectively communicate with organizational C‐suite leaders and lead as a strategic partner, as IT continues to move from a department supporting or serving the business to leading change and innovation. Leadership skills include managing project scope, cost, quality, and stakeholders. Students learn the importance of soft skills such as influence, idea sharing and generating, managing conflict, and leading change.
