This course will examine various assessment methodologies currently used in the industry to assess organizational talent, leadership, and culture. Some assessment which will be covered in this course include DISC and 360 Evaluation. Analyses of organizational assessment tools and results will help students recognize the usefulness of these tools and their application in an organization. Exploration in talent management, organizational, cultural, and leadership assessments will be used in various assignments to assess student learning.
