Course level: Graduate
This course applies risk management concepts to project execution and its organizational objectives. Students will create contingency plans for a project and its organization. Other topics include risk identification, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, response planning, monitoring & control, and proactive planning.
Prerequisites
This graduate level course requires proof of completion of a Bachelor's degree. Be prepared to provide documentation during the checkout process
