Project risk is measured by analyzing the probability and consequences of risk events that may occur, and how risks may impact the project, the project team, stakeholders and sponsors and the organization. Project managers must plan for, monitor and control known and unknown risks. This course focuses on risk response planning, and monitoring and controlling risks. Students will learn how to use strategies and techniques for risk response planning and control, and documenting changes and updates during project activities. This course provides 12 professional development units in three 4-hour workshops.
