With recent adoption growth of Agile project management methodologies, project managers and ScrumMasters must understand how to apply these principles to be successful. With a thorough understanding of how to action these techniques, project managers and ScrumMasters will be able to provide flexibility, add business value and focus on customer satisfaction. This course focuses on the ability to understand and drive various Agile methodologies and their frameworks for businesses and project teams. Students will prepare to lead Agile project teams for businesses using proven Agile project management techniques. This course provides 12 professional development units in three 4-hour weeks.
