This course examines major theoretical leadership and management models. Students learn how to differentiate various perspectives on leadership and management and how these approaches play a vital role in the achievement of organizational, group, and team goals. Furthermore, the course discusses Organizational Development interventions, types of change, related to leadership development, motivation, interpersonal influence, group effectiveness, conformity, and conflict resolution.
