This course prepares students for the Project Management Institute (PMI®) CAPM® certification exam. It covers the Project Management Framework, a set of standard terminology and guidelines for project management, and the knowledge areas in managing projects.

  • Manage the execution of quality assurance.
  • Understand the tools and techniques of quality control.
  • Understand the HR considerations of building and using a project team.

  • Define project communication requirements.
  • Define the Responsibility Assignment (RACI) matrix for project teams.
  • Identify, monitor, and control project risk.
  • Understand the difference between qualitative and quantitative risk management.

  • Plan and manage the purchase and acquisition of products and services for a project.
  • Perform stakeholder analysis for the project.
