Marty is not definitely your typical Managing Director. Although he used to weigh 300 pounds and make crying babies of Division I defensive linemen, he’s now a gentle-hearted husband to his wife, Sarah, father to his pooch, Shakey, and fearless leader of the startup company Ridepost. His superhuman abilities allow him to also serve as the head of all things Accelerator at The Iron Yard. He’s learning the art of the home brew and is an avid fly-fisherman.

The RedFlint experience center is a dynamic place that seeks to share technology, ideas and knowledge with members of the business and entrepreneurial communities. We feature showcases that allow people to try the latest tech for themselves, as well as workshops and courses centered on technology and entrepreneurship.
Additionally, we are a business incubator and have partnered with Iron Yard Ventures to offer business acceleration help for businesses in the hospitality and entertainment industries.
Iron Yard Ventures is a 13-week residence program that works with startup companies from around the world to solve problems in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Startups receive equity investments to help grow their company and present their progress to investors at the end of the program.
Iron Yard Ventures is privately owned and is the sister company of Iron Yard Code Bootcamp. IYV manages the accelerator aspect of RedFlint.
There are many ways corporations can get involved, including helping identify strategic partners within the community and connecting us with K-12, non-profits, local businesses, public and government services. Members can also serve on our advisory board, act as a business mentor and offer services to companies within the incubator and accelerator.
Corporations can also sponsor Iron Yard Venture startup companies and events, including hosting speakers, technology showcases and workshops
We foster an open and collaborative environment that helps facilitate the exploration of technology. This type of environment is beneficial for startups and helps spark innovation and creative problem solving. We also promote the advancement of technology and feature ongoing showcases that allow you to experience the latest technology for yourself.
Our facilities are designed with collaboration in mind, including areas for co-working, free Wi-Fi, a concierge desk and meeting spaces. We also have flexible event space that is modular and fully configurable to meet a wide range of needs.

We welcome partners from all sectors of the community. This includes business support organizations, industry leaders, students, those from the hospitality and entertainment industry as well as those from the non-profit sector. Of course, we also welcome entrepreneurs and business leaders, who are at the heart of all we do at RedFlint.
RedFlint Refund Policy
The provision follows pertain to all refund policies applied by RedFlint unless specifically stated otherwise.
RedFlint does not refund registration fees for any completed or partially completed workshops or skill-builders. Participants who withdraw from a learning activity, within allotted time period, will receive a 100% refund for that activity.
Participants who fail to cancel their registration within the allotted time period will not be eligible for a refund. No partial refunds will be provided. Educational supplies or equipment for participant use are not included in the policy for refund.
RedFlint, at its discretion, may choose to cancel a workshop, skill-builder, or educational event. RedFlint will provide participants with notice no less than 48 hours of start date, of any cancellation. Participants will have the option to re-register (if workshops/skill-builders/educational events are rescheduled and not discontinued) or receiving a refund of monies paid.
