Earn career-relevant skills in weeks — not years.

Get value from your education before you even graduate.

Programs built around skills employers want

We’re bridging the gap between the classroom and the workplace by aligning our degree programs to skills employers want. And you’ll still get fixed, affordable tuition for your program from the University that’s committed to career-relevant education.

How skills-aligned learning works

What are skills-aligned programs?

When creating our skills-aligned programs, we started with in-demand skills, based on workplace statistics and insights, and built your learning around them, one assignment at a time. Now, you can earn career-relevant skills with every 5- to 6-week course.

Did you know? Aligning our programs to skills is like creating a nutritional facts label for our degrees and programs — you’ll know exactly what you can gain from your coursework and how those skills relate to your career goals.

Career-relevant data

We collaborated with Lightcast, a labor market data company, to find in-demand skills for occupations related to our bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and we’ve aligned our programs to those skills.

Easy tracking

Now it’s easy to track your progress as you complete your coursework, so you know exactly which career-relevant skills you’re gaining.

Demonstrate skills

Assessments for one or more skills are built into all skills-aligned courses. You’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your new skills in class, on the job and maybe even in that next interview you’re considering.
