Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a course and a track?
Course
A course covers one subject and an average of 4 job-ready skills. Select courses help prepare you to test for one industry certification exam.
Track
A track is a collection of our courses at a discounted price. All tracks help prepare you to test for at least one industry certification exam.
What are these Professional Development courses and tracks like?
Courses and tracks are 100% online, they are self-paced and self-directed – specifically made for busy adult lives, allowing you to learn when and where you want – courses are not instructor-led. All coursework, including any provided materials; tools, worksheets, and videos are in English. Each course is designed to take approximately 30 hours to complete.
Each course contains:
- Four to five modules; each module covers multiple topics and one skill.
- Post-module assessments to test your learning - no limit on how many times you can test yourself.
- Publicly available curated resources.
What will I receive when I finish?
When you have achieved a score of 85% or higher in each module’s assessment within 365 days from purchase, an online Certificate of Completion will be issued for each course completion.
