When employees successfully complete any Skills Pathway or skill module with a score of 85% or higher on each assessment, they will receive a Certificate of Completion. Cirtificates of Completion can be shared on social media platforms like LinkedIn®.

University of Phoenix Professional Development Skills Pathways and skill modules are integrated with Credly to help employees earn badges they can share in email footers and on LinkedIn® profiles.
Skills Pathway badges
If employees score 85% or higher on each of the skills assessments in a Skills Pathway, they will earn a Skills-Pathway-level University of Phoenix digital badge.
Skill module badges
Employees will earn a University of Phoenix skill badge when they successfully complete a skill module with a score of 85% or higher.

Which badges can employees earn?
Professional Development badges are available for Skills Pathway and skill modules level.
How do employees earn badges?
Badges can be earned by successfully completing Skills Pathways or skill modules with an 85% or better on the assessments.
How do employees get their Credly badges?
University of Phoenix Professional Development badges are issued by our partner, Credly.
Once your emplyoees have successfully reached the requirement for a badge, they will see a “Get my badge” button on their performance page. Employees will need to create a free Credly account where they can store and share their badges. Check out Credly’s easy “How do I get started?” instructions to get started.

University of Phoenix Professional Development skill modules and Skills Pathways are integrated with Credly to help employees earn Credly badges they can share in email footers and LinkedIn profiles. If they score 85% or higher in demonstrating the skills they learn, they can earn these badges.
