University of Phoenix Explores the Arizona Science Center

PHOENIX, August 16, 2008 — A weekend filled with nature’s most powerful forces! At the beginning of the month, Apollo Group employees and its subsidiaries were invited to escape the heat and explore the Arizona Science Center for a field trip of discovery during the University of Phoenix Employee Appreciation Weekend. From August 9 - August 10, over 2,500 employees visited the Science Center and toured exhibits such as the “Forces of Nature” gallery. The employee appreciation weekend was in association with University of Phoenix’s partnership with the Arizona Science Center and the creation of an online guide that explains the scientific principles of the new “Forces of Nature” gallery.
