This program is designed to meet standards set forth by the hospitality industry and to incorporate industry and professional insights provided by our hospitality advisory council.
The curriculum covers service operations management and strategic revenue management, and how to analyze data and manage information technology within the context of the hospitality industry. Upon completion of this program students will possess the knowledge and skills needed to become leaders in the hospitality industry.
