This noncredit certificate program is uniquely positioned at the intersection of human resources and business. The certificate program offers coursework options in current employment law, compensation and benefits, business integration strategies, employee and labor relations and talent acquisition and development. Students in this certificate program will begin with the course, The Role of the Strategic HR Professional, a 10-hour course that provides a comprehensive overview of the current HR landscape. Since each student will have unique needs and interests, they will then select the balance of their coursework from a collection of current HR topics to round out the 40-hour program. The tuition for this certificate program is $2,000, which includes the required course and your choice of 30 instructional hours from the following elective courses. These electives can be taken individually as Professional Development courses.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>
The requires a minimum of credits, which may come from a combination of required and elective courses.
The noncredit certificate program is 40 hours. In addition to the required course, HRCEU/1900 – The Role of the Strategic HR Professional, students also select six courses (5 hours each ) from among the courses listed above.
