Need a transcript? Just ask. Complimentary official or unofficial copies of your records can be requested through our student website or by mail, fax or phone. While some limits apply, you do have the option of paying for additional copies or other fees for expedited delivery.
If you are in the Phoenix, Arizona area you may pre-order and pick up your transcript(s) in person. Please contact the University Services Support Center at 800.866.3919. Transcripts may be picked up between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Please have the following information available before calling:
- Student Name
- IRN or Social Security Number
- Address to send transcripts
- Number of transcripts requested
- Daytime telephone number
You will need to present a photo ID to pick up your transcript.
Before ordering your official transcripts, check your schedule and grades to ensure all course work and grades have posted to your record.
If you would like a degree posted transcript, please ensure that your degree has been posted prior to ordering your official transcripts. If you would like verification on the status of your degree being posted, contact the University Services Support Center at 800.866.3919.
Once your transcript request has been submitted, it is final. Please ensure all coursework is posted and information is correct prior to placing your order. No refunds will be issued.
Frequently Asked Questions
I have a form that needs to be included with my transcript; what should I do?
Forms can be included with transcripts. When calling the University Services Support Center, you will be given a fax number to fax your form to. If you prefer, you can mail the request and include the form.
Will my transcript show I have my degree?
Yes, if you are degree conferred at the time of processing, this will be reflected in the lower portion of your transcript.
I just completed a course; will this show on my transcript?
As long as your grade has been posted, it will show on the transcript.
Can I order a transcript and have it held until a grade or degree has posted?
No, our system will not support this option.
My name has changed. How do I change it on my transcript?
You will need to bring legal documentation to your campus in order to have a name changed. This is sent to the Registrar's Office and your name will be changed in our system. Once that has occurred, your transcript will reflect the new name.
I was told I could not order my transcript because of fees due on my account, is this true?
Yes. If there are fees due on your account, your transcript will not be released until all fees are paid in full.
