How can I get help logging into my account?
If you’re having trouble logging into your professional development account, try the following options:
Did you use one of the single sign-on (SSO) options to create your account?
If you created your account with an SSO option like University of Phoenix, Google or LinkedIn, you’ll need to select that option to log into your account.
Are you using the correct password?
If you’ve confirmed you’re using the right email and did not create your account with a SSO option, you may have the wrong password. You can reset your password here.
Do you have an account?
You may not have created your professional development account yet. Being a University of Phoenix student or alum does not automatically mean you have a professional development account.
