Transfer Articulation Agreements

If you’re entering University of Phoenix, chances are you have already earned college credit from another accredited college or university. We understand.  That’s why we’ve worked hard to establish hundreds of transfer agreements to make the transition a little easier.

Transfer Articulation Agreements

Course-By-Course Transfer Guides

The articulation office of University of Phoenix has formal alliance agreements with hundreds of two-year institutions that provide a seamless transition from completing an associate's degree to earning your bachelor’s degree.

Our Course-By-Course Transfer Guides, which are updated annually, map the general and elective credits that transfer to fulfill University of Phoenix program requirements.

Acceptance of credit by any institution is at the discretion of the accepting institution. It is the student's responsibility to confirm whether credits accepted by or earned at University of Phoenix will be accepted by another institution.

Program Transfer Guides and Approved 2+2 Agreements

A 2+2 Agreement with a partnering college allows your associates degree to transfer in and fulfill all of your lower division coursework. Therefore, you are only required to complete your core courses for your bachelor’s degree. This process allows a seamless transfer to your Bachelor’s degree program from our partnering college. Refer to our Program Transfer Guides to review a of list of colleges approved for the 2+2 agreement.
