Meredith Ward Ed.D.

Meredith Ward Ed D is in his thirteenth year as faculty for the University of Phoenix, School of Advanced Studies, specializing in Organizational Leadership. He facilitates both on line and residency courses for 2nd and 3rd year Doctoral Candidates in a multidisciplinary program including Doctor of Management, Doctor of Business Administration, Doctor of Education, and Doctor of Health Administration.

Dr. Ward is also a dissertation Chair and guides Doctoral candidates through completion of their dissertation. To date he has guided 30 students in all four of the practitioner programs to graduation which makes him a very diversified and versatile Chair.

Director Level experience in productivity improvement, implementing quality initiatives, high tech start-ups, operations management, and being on the corporate staff of a fortune 10 company with responsibilities for World Wide Human Resource Planning & Development are just many other traits Dr. Ward possesses.

During the last 20 years, Dr. Ward, in his consulting capacity, has specialized in initiating management and leadership initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, with an emphasis in sales skill and leadership development.

Dr. Ward is the Principal of Ward & Associates in Seattle, WA and his role there is as an authorized representative of Tracom, the creator of social styles. Dr. Ward is recognized for his ability to establish credibility amongst all levels within an organization and also be able to helpfully provide practical and cost effective solutions to Human Resource problems that can be tied to and measured in the Strategic Business Plan.
