The Oakland Learning Center brings University of Phoenix education to working Bay Area adults. Working Oakland, California students can take courses online or on campus at a University of Phoenix location in California. Courses at the Oakland Learning Center's campus meet once a week. Students enroll in just one course at a time, making this a very convenient way to get a thorough education while still maintaining work, family and personal commitments.
