Phoenix Scholarship Reward Program
Start your first for-credit course in an associate or bachelor’s degree program by November 30, 2014, and you could earn a significant tuition reduction in the future. Follow our typical academic schedule to save as much as $10,000 by the time you graduate.
Thinking Ahead Grant
You can take advantage of this program if you:
- Are a new student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
- Incur fees not covered by federal and state financial aid, totaling between $200 and $1,500 per award year
- Have an expected family contribution (EFC) between zero and $12,500
- Maintain continuous enrollment with no unapproved breaks greater than 14 days
The Thinking Ahead Grant is awarded in up to two disbursements per academic year and cannot be applied to failed or withdrawn courses. It is calculated using maximum federal financial aid eligibility, regardless of the amount borrowed. You are responsible for any remaining direct costs after federal financial aid and grant amounts are applied. If you qualify for this grant, awarded funds will be applied directly to your student account as a credit. No check or other cash monies will be given or refunded to you at any time.
