Transfer Credits - See how many we’ll be able to accept

If you’ve already earned college credit, you might be able to apply it toward a degree program with University of Phoenix. Show us what you’ve completed, and we’ll help you chart out a degree program to finish what you’ve started.

Transferring Credits

We have established articulation agreements with many associate degree-granting institutions with regional or national accreditation. This means that we’ve already agreed to accept those credits as earned. Because we will accept them, you might be able to graduate sooner than you think.

In addition, we will review coursework completed at any college or university that offers associate and higher degrees. The granting college or university must have been accredited by an accepted regional or national accrediting body or a candidate for accreditation at the time you attended.

For more information about specific articulation agreements, select the state where the institution is located and the college. This will enable you to determine if University of Phoenix has an established articulation agreement with the institution you previously attended. There are two options below in the drop down menus: Course Transfer Guides and Approved 2+2 Agreements.
