Course level: Continuing Teacher Education

This course empowers participants to support diverse elementary students to read and write with ease and confidence. Participants explore the principles, theories, and standards that help students read and write well. In particular, participants explore reading and writing materials, instructional tools and strategies, and assessment techniques. This course is not available for enrollment to residents of Alabama, Arkansas, and Kentucky.
