What you'll study

Behind all of the software that corporations use and the websites they create are lines of code, and these businesses rely on skilled programmers to write it. With the Associate of Arts concentration in Information Technology with Programming Certificate (AAIT/PRG), you'll have the tools you need to develop software and websites.

Our AAIT/PRG covers systems development and operating systems, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript®, Java® and C/C++ programming languages. You'll learn how to code, test and troubleshoot programs using the appropriate hardware, database development and programming technology. And with our certificate option, you can take the courses that teach those skills earlier, enabling you to demonstrate your knowledge of core job competencies to employers—before you graduate.

Speak with an Enrollment Representative to discover how choosing an en route certificate program from the College of Information Systems and Technology can help you map a faster path to explore careers in this field.
