*Terms and Conditions

The University will provide the following Benefits to Client’s employees and members who enroll in the University (“Participating Employees or Members”):

Eligibility

The Benefits will apply to Participating Employees or Members who are receiving the standard University tuition rate and cannot be combined with any University offer or promotion and excludes the MBA-CB program and other competency-based programs that the University may offer and any other specific program exclusions set forth in the Academic Catalog. For clarification, nothing contained herein is intended to prohibit Participating Employees or Members to enroll in these programs or use of any Client tuition assistance toward the excluded items listed above.

Participating Employees or Members are subject to the University’s admission and academic policies and procedures.

Tuition Benefits

The University will waive the tuition of every sixth (6th) course for Participating Employees or Members who meet the following criteria:

(i) Identify as an employee or member of Company or Organization with the University in the University’s Student Portal or other method provided by the University.

(ii) Remain employed or an active member with Company or Organization.

(iii) Enroll or be enrolled into a University degree program, certificate program, or single credit bearing course after the Effective Date of the offer letter.

(iv) Successfully start and complete five (5) courses as defined in the Academic Catalog after the effective date of the Agreement.

(V)Enroll and post attendance (as defined in the University Academic Catalog) in the sixth (6th) course within a 365-day period from the first date of attendance in the Participating Employee or Member’s first course after the effective date of the Agreement.

Once a Participating Employee or Member receives the 6th course tuition waiver, the 365-day period will start again from the Participating Employee or Member’s first date of attendance in the next course.

If the Participating Employee or Member does not achieve the 6th course tuition waiver within the initial 365-day period, the 365- day period will commence again from the Participating Employee or Member’s first date of attendance in the first course after the initial 365-day period expired.

The tuition waiver applies only to the 6th course, regardless of if the Participating Employee or Member completes the course.

If Participating Employee or Member is enrolled in a University bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program prior to the effective date of the offer letter, the benefits set forth herein will apply after the effective date, upon self-identification by the student to the University and upon enrollment in the next course and will not be applied retroactively. Courses taken prior to the effective date will not apply towards the benefits.

Please note: For students using VA benefits, certification of a course solely for monthly housing allowance will use a month of benefit entitlement.
