Course level: Graduate
This course prepares students to evaluate and develop a workforce to attain organizational goals. Students will learn to develop strategies to attract and retain the best employees. Other topics include workforce planning and assessment, relocation practices, negotiation, employment policies, and total compensation practices.
Prerequisites
This graduate level course requires proof of completion of a Bachelor's degree. Be prepared to provide documentation during the checkout process.

- Determine effective employee retention strategies.
- Evaluate proper procedures for terminating employees.
- Evaluate effective downsizing strategies.
Week 6
- Assess how digital dashboards can help managers with staffing functions.
- Analyze and apply various metrics involved in employee staffing.
