"This capstone course applies human resource concepts to improve organizational effectiveness within the framework of employment laws and regulations. Students apply existing professional standards and theories to human resource management. Other topics include the strategic alignment of human resource management within the organization, global workforce planning, career and leadership development, and performance analysis and appraisal."
