Chris Conway is the Director of Financial Education Initiatives and Repayment Management at University of Phoenix, working with departments across the University to provide resources that allow students to make more informed financial decisions.  She is also an adjunct faculty member for the Everyday Finance and Economics course at the University. She began her higher education career as a default collector at Northwest Education Loan Association, a guarantee agency in Seattle. That first experience shaped her desire to help college students make the right financial decisions that prevent future collection activity.
