The learner will determine how best to "tell the story" by utilizing patient data and organizational quality and safety benchmarks in diverse health sector contexts. Topics include the systems life cycle, the management of data, sourcing data from the electronic medical record, tracking organizational performance, employee productivity and morale, and peer benchmarking.

Prerequisites

This graduate level course requires proof of completion of a Bachelor's degree. Be prepared to provide documentation during the checkout process.
