In this LSS Green Belt Certificate program, you’ll:
- Learn to collect and analyze performance data
- Identify inefficiencies and problems
- Pinpoint the root causes of problems
- Institute new protocols to improve processes
- Obtain skills in leading teams through the process of change
Students who take this noncredit, 90-hour instructional program will earn nine Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and a letter of completion. The program also educationally prepares students to take the Lean Six Sigma Certification Exam.
You’ll take two courses to earn your certificate (letter of completion). Through the content in our courses, you’ll be prepared to pursue full certification through the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Exam.
