Order your official transcript through your student portal or the National Student Clearinghouse Transcript Ordering Center.

A transcript fee of $15.00 (plus applicable state tax) per official transcript is required. This fee is payable only by credit/debit card.

Before ordering your official transcript, review your unofficial transcript on your student portal to make sure all coursework and grades have been posted to your record.

For expedited delivery, request an electronic transcript or pay an additional fee for rush delivery of a paper transcript. Some limits apply with rush deliveries.

If you’re near Phoenix, Arizona you can pre-order and pick up (by appointment only) your transcript with a photo ID by calling the Office of Admissions and Records Support Center at 800-866-3919 during regular business hours (8:00AM -5:00PM, MST).

Please be aware that once your transcript request has been submitted, it is final. No refunds will be issued for rush deliveries or official transcript fees.

How do I request an official transcript?
You can request an official transcript 24/7 through your student portal or the National Student Clearinghouse Transcript Ordering Center. Please check your unofficial transcript to make sure your coursework and grades have posted before ordering your official transcript.

You can request an electronic transcript or pay an additional fee for rush delivery of a paper transcript if you need expedited service. Please note, some limitations apply to rush deliveries.

Will my transcript show that I have my degree?
Yes, if your degree was added to your records at the time of processing. You’ll find the degree on the lower portion of your transcript.

If you would like a degree-posted transcript, please make sure your degree has been added prior to ordering. Please go to your student portal to download and review your unofficial transcript.

My name has changed. How do I change it on my transcript?
You can contact the Office of Admissions and Records Support Center at 800-866-3919 for assistance.  

I was told I could not order my official transcript because of fees due on my account. Is this true?
You will need to be in compliance with your University of Phoenix financial plan to be eligible for official transcripts, unless otherwise required by law.

How do I pick up a transcript in person?
If you are in the Phoenix, Arizona area and would like to pre-order and pick up your official transcript(s) in person, please click on the Order Official Transcript button. Please select Hold for Pickup as your delivery option when prompted. After you have completed your transcript order, please contact the Admissions and Records Service Center at 800-866-3919 for instructions on how to schedule an appointment for transcript pick-up.

Walk-ins for official transcripts cannot be accommodated. Transcripts may be picked up by appointment only.
