Code of Ethics
Our Code of Ethics (“the Code”) defines who we are as an institution. The Code sets forth our ethical principles and expectations for how we conduct ourselves.
The Code applies to all University Board members, employees, and third-parties performing services on behalf of the University. While the Code does not address all situations that we may encounter, it serves as a guide for ethical decision making and living our Core Values.
The UOPX Ethics Helpline allows employees, students, faculty, and third-parties to report concerns 24/7/365 via phone or web. Reports may be made 100% anonymously should you so choose. You are encouraged to use this communication channel to submit concerns relating to violations of policy, procedures, laws, or regulations. You are also welcome to ask for guidance regarding any of these areas or ethical dilemmas you may encounter.
