Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) Offer

Terms & Conditions

As a new, current or returning (also known as reentry) University of Phoenix degree student, you are eligible to participate in the University of Phoenix Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) offer.

Here’s how the program works (eligibility):

If you start class and post attendance between March 23, 2020, and June 30, 2020, you will receive a $99 PLA fee waiver when you apply and submit all required PLA documents on or before Aug. 31, 2020.

Please note the following regarding the Prior Learning Assessment Offer:

  1. This is a noncash credit award, and under no circumstance will the PLA offer benefits exceed the invoice amount.
  2. The PLA offer is valid for students who enroll and post attendance between March 23, 2020, and June 30, 2020.
  3. You must apply for the PLA credit and submit all required documentation on or before Aug. 31, 2020. Incomplete and/or submissions after Aug. 31, 2020, will not be considered.
  4. The PLA offer applies to any new, continuing and returning associate, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree students who meet the above criteria.
