Chelsey Muhlbauer brings proven track record, forward thinking to campus

WICHITA,KANSAS, September 24, 2009 — University of Phoenix, the nation'slargest private accredited university, recently named Chelsey Muhlbaueras its new director of enrollment for its Wichita campus. Under thisnew leadership role, Muhlbauer will provide strategic enrollmentplanning, develop new employee training initiatives and manage theenrollment counseling team.

Muhlbauer's career with the University began in Colorado as anenrollment counselor for the Denver campus. During her 4-year tenurewith the campus, she was promoted to enrollment manager and played aninstrumental role in creating a positive work culture that includedteam-building activities and volunteer events.

Through motivational reinforcement and a lifelong commitment toeducation, Muhlbauer will continue to exceed her business objectives byopening the doors of opportunity to working students seeking highereducation options.

Muhlbauer holds a bachelor's degree from University of Northern Iowa and a master's degree from University of Phoenix.
