This whitepaper, a collaboration between Executive Networks and University of Phoenix, explores the critical need for businesses to develop and utilize internal talent pools amidst tight external job markets.  

Surveying 600 North American HR leaders and knowledge workers, the research highlights that internal talent mobility is crucial for enhancing employee retention, engagement, and organizational agility. Despite this, many HR leaders face challenges with internal candidates’ qualifications, underscoring the need for comprehensive employee development strategies.
