# Dr. LeQawn McDowell

Dr. LeQawn McDowell is a retired Police Sergeant with over 15 years of law enforcement and community service. He is passionate about community engagement and mentoring underprivileged and underserved youth. Dr. McDowell completed his Doctorate in Business Administration in 2023. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration with a concentration in Management and a Master of Business Administration. Dr. McDowell is a father of two girls and enjoys spending time with family reading and mentoring.
