Student at graduation holding a diploma

Graduation team

The road to graduation isn’t always a smooth one. That’s why we’ll work diligently to help you graduate so your sacrifice pays off. One way we do this is by assigning three representatives to you when you enroll. This is your Graduation Team — with you from day one until you receive your diploma.

A support system from day one

Enrollment Representative

The Enrollment Representative is your ‘go-to’ person when you have questions about the university or student life before enrolling. They’ll walk you through the application process, answer your questions about programs, forms, fees and everything you need to do before you begin. They can also provide you with information on transfer credits, prior courses you’ve completed and professional training credits. Together, you’ll formulate an education plan that will help you earn your degree at a pace that works best for you.

Finance Advisor

The Finance Advisor is an expert on the complex world of academic funding. They’ll explain all the financial aid options available—including grants, scholarships, loans, payment plans and other services you might not even know about. We know that every student’s situation is unique and subject to change, so throughout your academic experience, the finance advisor will help guide you in the right direction and answer any questions you may have about paying for your education.

Academic Counselor

The Academic Counselor gives you the information you need, right when you need it—providing individualized support, academic advisement and leadership throughout your educational journey. Additionally, Academic Counselors serve as a liaison between the student and University with regard to policies and procedures. This includes developing academic plans for degree or certificate completion that follow established guidelines. This customized approach to education allows you to spend less time setting your schedule and more time getting skills you need to succeed in an evolving job market. From the moment your first class starts, an Academic Counselor is with you—every step of the way.
