The New Mexico Campus is conveniently located, making it easily accessible to many Albuquerque, New Mexico residents. Courses take place in the classroom or online, allowing for even greater flexibility.

As a student at the New Mexico Campus, you'll attend classes once a week, generally in the evening. You'll also meet weekly with your learning team, a small group of classmates that develop collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills while working together to complete assignments.

If you choose to learn online, you'll log on and learn at times and places that fit your busy schedule. You'll participate with your class three to five days each week depending upon your degree program. Additionally, you'll complete your coursework through electronic forums that enable you to discuss course subjects, download course materials, drop off completed assignments and access materials and notes provided specifically for you by your instructor.

As part of University of Phoenix's innovative approach to education, bachelor's and master's degree students take one course at a time, with courses lasting five or six weeks. These courses are taught by faculty members dedicated to providing a relevant, rigorous education. In fact, they have advanced degrees and substantial experience in the fields they teach.
