# Direct Assessment Programs

## What are Direct Assessment programs?

If you have strong time management skills, value independent learning and possess prior experience, a Direct Assessment program may be ideal for you. Create an individualized learning experience with the help of your faculty member and demonstrate what you’ve learned through knowledge checks and assessments. You’ll finish courses once all assessments are successfully completed in lieu of time-bound credit hours.

## What’s unique about these DA programs?

You can choose how quickly you complete your courses within a 12-week term. Take anywhere from 2 to 4 courses per term and enjoy a faculty-supported, individualized learning experience based on your previous knowledge. The more courses you take within a term, the faster you’ll finish your program.
