This course introduces concepts of business management and leadership as well as information technologies common in most corporate settings. The partnership of management and information technologies, which is paramount to organizational sustainability, will be a focus in this course, combining management and leadership thought processes with realistic decision-making. Students in this course will be exposed to situations that require management and leadership thinking, actions, and key deliberations to advance their organization by leveraging the strengths of information systems, with the goal of driving organizational profits while ensuring long-term sustainability.
