This course introduces students to the knowledge, skills, and tools so that they can successfully manage the diverse large-scale, unique projects encountered daily in managing today's global supply chain environment. Types of projects covered include new product development, social responsibility, technology adoption and implementation, risk mitigation, and customer value-creation projects.
